"Beautiful room, great location, friendly staff, good breakfasy. The only thing that annoyed us was the motion sensor light in the bathroom. If someone had to go in the middle of the night, it was so bright the whole room lit up. Also, it turned off while I was in the shower and no amount of waving my arms turned it back on.
Honestly, despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel was perfect and I would gladly stay there again if I ever return. "
"Perfect location and beautiful hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive from the moment they greeted my taxis both coming and going. The breakfast offered a good variety of food choices although eggs, pancakes and coffee were never warm enough. It is pricey but a good choice ."
"Really enjoyed the hotel atmosphere, the room was spotless. The staff were great even though I shared that I had been to Florence before they suggested something I’ve never done which is go out to Michael Angelo’s Hill. I ended up seeing the most beautiful sunset and all of Florence. Didn’t do the breakfast option, as I preferred to go to cafés in the Square however, the breakfast always seemed huge and smelled good. It was a little disappointed with how far the hotel is from the Square itself...
