"There was no airport shuttle. I had to get a taxi. The room was clean but couldn’t open windows because garbage outside attracted flies. Our room was noisy outside til about 3:00 am. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend a great restaurant two minutes walk. Beds and linens were very comfortable"

"Wir haben diese Hotel gewählt um die Umgebung zu erkunden und evtl. abends noch am Strand auszuspannen. Pattsituation war gut, Auto wird hinter einem Tor geparkt aber auf die Klingel ohne Überprüfung wird das Tor geöffnet. Hotel ist übersichtlich. Zimmer groß, mit einem Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeit. Gleich am Meer, man hört die Wellen. Frühstück ist wirklich gut. Das war einer von 4 Hotels die wir auf diese Reise besucht haben und dieses Frühstück war das Beste. Service ist nicht 4 Sterne...

"Good hotel located close to the archeological site about 10 min walk from the Ercolano Scavi train station. Rooms were large with comfortable beds. My only complaint is that hot water was intermitent in the morning. Breakfast was good and the area around the hotel is safe"

"Most breathtaking view. There was a wedding going on big party. Hard to get to narrow streets. The pool was closed and after being told the hot tub was 24 hrs it was closed in the morning. Breakfast was great, dinner not so much. "

"Clean hotel, but in the warehouse area not near anything of walking distance. Very basic amenities in the room, no wash clothes, no iron or steamer and no hair conditioner only shampoo. Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room. We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. The water from the shower was warmer therefore we didn’t use the hot tub. Staff were friendly and the free shuttle was nice. Also, they have parking nearby if you drive here. Roof top...

"This hotel has a lot of bad reviews and frankly I don't get it. The staff was helpful and friendly, calling us a cab at 5 am for our early flight. The room had very nice amenities including a smart TV, a toiletry kit, mini fridge and free water bottles. We had massive windows that overlooked the main road which yes of course was noisy but that's to be expected at an hotel right next to an airport. "Bella struttura con visuale bellissima. Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale piccola (amche troppo) ma, ma mi sento di consigliare una camera Confort, più spaziosa e confortevole. Ottima pulizia. La pecca è che, per come ubicata la mia camera, la sera, durante serata con musica, fino alle 2 di notte impossibile prendere sonno. Ristorante di qualità ma caro, due antipasti di mare, due primi, un calice di vino, una coca piccola e due bottiglie di acqua euro 95. Il posto è incantevole. "

"The area was in the industrial zone. Not a great area but close to the metro trains. You should see the out area before you book. The gym is closed, the patio deck also closed, a lot of Reno. Kind people but I would not stay there again. Bring your own water."
