"Bella struttura con visuale bellissima. Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale piccola (amche troppo) ma, ma mi sento di consigliare una camera Confort, più spaziosa e confortevole. Ottima pulizia. La pecca è che, per come ubicata la mia camera, la sera, durante serata con musica, fino alle 2 di notte impossibile prendere sonno. Ristorante di qualità ma caro, due antipasti di mare, due primi, un calice di vino, una coca piccola e due bottiglie di acqua euro 95. Il posto è incantevole. "

"Beautiful hotel with fantastic views of Vesuvius and the harbour. Attentive staff some went over and above some a little cold and hostile but overal god experience breakfast was lovely both hot food and pasties, cakes cures meats cheeses croissants fruit salad breakfast rolls and juices and amazing cappuccinos. "This hotel is located not just near the station, but actually inside the station building. There's a direct train service from the central station, which was very convenient. The room was cleaned daily, and the bathroom was kept spotless. The only minor issue was that the safety deposit box was broken and unusable throughout my stay. The staff were all very friendly."

Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. "The hotel is very old, room was old and inside,big. very bad place because it was working in the street, difficult to walk by. Breakfast was very good"

"The hotel was great! Rooms were clean and on the modern side for Italy. Staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. Breakfast options were solid. The location is slightly out of the way in terms of not being right in the thick of the touristy area near Caffe Grambius but in good walking distance. This area Chiaia was quiet and upscale. The area right above it called Vomero was very posh and lovely to walk around. "
