"Os quartos eram muito espaçosos, limpos bonitos e o atendimento foi ótimo, responderam rápido e com muita educação. Os pontos de atenção são em relação ao chuveiro, que não tinha suporte, entao é necessário segurar o chuveiro na mão. Um dos quartos tinha um barulho alto na janela, em razão do vento. Para quem esta com malas e pessoas de idade, tem quatro grandes lances de escada. A estadia foi boa, casa de época, bem localizada, mas com pontos de atenção."

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful and picturesque location. Very friendly staff. Please note that the pool was not filled as we stayed late April/early May. The pool was to be filled for the summer season which takes place in mid May. Air-conditioning would also be available to come mid May. We could not regulate the temperature in our suite however, we were able to open up the windows and catch the breeze in the evening."

"We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was clean & comfortable. The view was AMAZING. We had breakfast included daily which was very good and had a bunch of gluten free options. Our bodies were tired after the hustle & bustle of Florence & Rome so we booked into the “light spa” and had the hot pools to ourselves. It was a short walk to town. We wish we could have stayed longer and plan to be back. "

"I can't say enough good things about the property, the location and Giuseppe. Giuseppe was kind and helpful. Lugged my bag to the top floor (against my protest) and back down the next day... Also stuck around for a couple hours to keep my bags safe after checkout. Everything I needed was available and I had a comfortable stay. If I ever go back to Montepulciano, I will definately stay again. I was overwhelmed with how kind in the town was including Giuseppe (who reminded me of my father)...
