"The room did not feel clean at all. The bathroom and shower were absolutely dirty and unclean. The shower head was full of sediment and the water was squirting everywhere but on your body. It was a dirty bathroom w a clogged sink. The room was also very dark."

"We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last day of our trip, because we would have loved to spend much more time here. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful garden where our baby had plenty of room to play and enjoy herself. The pool was lovely, the food was amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back. "If u you travel by train better stay excelsior easy reach station and easy walk to old town the major places interest in here. Many Restaurant near by hotel or in old town. But it's difficult to get room in excelsior becaud of high occupancy"

"Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean place and nice rooms. Only down fall is it’s a little dated. Could use some updates. Other than that it’s a very nice place. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh eggs your way made to order with a barista on standby to make your espresso or cappuccino. 7/10 I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us."
