"Good service, clean room."

"The outlet the coffee maker was plugged into didn't work for the first couple days so I had to move it to the other side of the room. It was bad enough when one of the two washing machines was out of order, but when the second one failed, I had to go down the road to a laundromat. They should upgrade from coin-operated machines to tap pay or web-enabled, since they don't have a change machine. The one morning I tried the breakfast, the warmer didn't seem to be working; my biscuit, eggs, and sausage were barely warm instead of piping hot. The staff were friendly and helpful, but maintenance needs improvement. Neighbors were noisy and sound travelled through the walls easily."

"Staff was wonderful and helpful breakfast was so great and the attendant for breakfast was great and helpful she was on top of everything. Front desk staff at night and in the morning were both wonderful."

"Parking was great! The only disappointment was the breakfast. It would be nice to have toast as an option and the porridge was not cooked this morning. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and wonderful staff!"

"It was a great value however, I booked a 2 queen with a sofa bed and ended up with a 2 queen room. The room itself wasn’t really clean, my daughter found a finger nail clipping in her bed that was not hers. And the bathroom smelled terrible! As far as the amenities go the hot tub area was full of kids jumping in and out and throwing toys. Also weird that there are not bathrooms in the pool area. Makes it hard to believe kids are actually getting out to use the bathroom. Overall was just a one night stay while passing through so it did the job."

"Downtown location, underground parking limited by vehicle height. No carpet in room, probably to ease upkeep. Decent breakfast. Inconvenient access from outside for security reasons."
