"This hotel has the sweetest staff and the owner is very attentive! I struggle with sleep, however this bed was so comfortable, I instantly fell asleep and remained asleep. I woke up extremely well rested. I also got married during my stay. The room was beautiful and well lit, offering the perfect space to get ready for the big day. "

"Overall stay was horrible. Checking in front desk clerk was abrupt and rude. Did not get maid service at all for room. 1st night had to request fresh towels and someone brought some. Next day maid service came and asked them to come a little later was in shower and would be gone in 30 minutes.. Came back that evening room not cleaned nor any maid service. Contacted desk and told if we wanted clean towels had to come down from room and get them ourself. They said maid service was gone and...

"Hotel Julien is showing signs of age. What was probably a lovely, boutique hotel now looks and feels tired and worn out. Staff were pleasant, rooms spacious and the location was great, but our room wasn't very clean, and the beds/bedding all needs a refresh."

"The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because it had a stove and we wanted to cook for our son while we visited him in college. The hotel is good for the price. When we arrived, the sheets on the sofa bed were dirty with food crumbs and I had to ask for new sheets so that I could change them. The gym had a water dispenser, but it didn't have any water."

"The only critique I have is the pillows. I am a bit picky about the pillows at hotels but every thing else was good!! I like more flat firm pillows and they either to plush or too smooshie… breakfast was good. Wish for more topping options for yogurt and eggs"
