"While charming and the spa was nice, our stay here left something to be desired. First, the room smelled like kitty litter, not really sure why. Second, the room featured a mini-split for heating/cooling which was appreciated since the small room easily got too warm at night even in April (and the it was too noisy outside to leave the window open). "This place is phenomenal!! The checkin process is seamless and the hosts are very communicative. The location is perfectly walkable and it comes with a parking pass. The rooms are absolutely stunning and one of a kind down to every little detail! We really appreciated the extra touch they added by going above and beyond with amenities like snacks, beverages, and toiletries. I can’t wait to come back!! "

"It was clean. Lady at desk was a little short with me. Also, didn’t understand why I had to come back in the morning & wait for them to check my room before she would refund my deposit. Not a huge deal but we did wait til last minute to leave so waiting on that made me late for next event "

"The place was not clean. Spiders in the room. Grout in the shower was gross. The toilet water was yellow. Did not feel safe. Had to put table up against door for safety. The front desk gentleman could not get the key to the door to work. He had to get DW40 to finally get key to work. We were worried about not being able to work getting in and out of door.This whole experience was terrible! Should have asked for money back and gone somewhere else. We were just so over it and exhausted."

"There was dried food matter in the refrigerator and on the stove, just over all very dirty. The staff were very friendly, but the room wasn't clean at all. They did have a help wanted sign on the front sign, so I'm guessing they were short on help. We just went and got some supplies and cleaned it up. The tv barely worked as well, just kept going on and off. Reception problem I'm sure. Fortunately we had lots of plans for outings so we we mostly just there to sleep. But if I had any advice...
