"This hotel is stunning, relaxing and tranquil. The staff are incredible and accommodating in every way. It is in a beautiful location over looking the water. You do have to walk or drive into town or to the beach but it is a wonderful walk. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the area. The breakfast is fresh and delicious as is the room service"

"I stayed at the hotel (and the area) as I was there for the Ironman event. The hotel and all surrounding hotels were very busy; 6000 athletes plus their families were on site. This seemed to come as a complete shock to the hotel as they had not made any plans and or provisions for hungry people! The food ranged from brilliant to awful. One night all food was cool/cold; soup was being served cold. The staff where great. It was madness that bar snacks at the pool was better than restaurant/buffet...

"The location is very convenient and all round a lovely area but the accommodation was just plain lacking. The bed was hard and dense with only one sliver of pillow, 'breakfast-included' literally just means cold stuck together scrambled eggs and toast that isn't enough for all being accommodated (to the point that they should've left it out entirely). To make matters worse, they are quite literally always trying to make money off of you your entire stay without fail, and i quite literally never...

"This property is “tired”- actually, it is exhausted. That said, once we got into our room, we were fine. The bed was comfortable, our room had been “updated”, (albeit with a cracked window). The view/location was phenomenal. I have an allergic reaction to mildew, and I reacted just walking through the halls. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was really good."
