If this property were advertised as a 3-star hotel, it would be alright . However, claiming to be a 5-star establishment is a joke, and I will not be returning. "The location for this hotel is excellent if you are staying in the area. However, the check-in process was very difficult as we had arrived with our young child before the formal check-in time and would have paid extra for early check-in after an overnight flight. Front desk staff were not helpful, getting any support was like pulling teeth. "We stayed in a one bedroom bungalow which was perfect for just the two of us. However it was definitely dated but we didn’t mind. It was very nice to have the restaurant and little store there too. "

"The building's exterior is pretty run down. The apartment itself was alright, though I'm not sure why there was an extra small bed. The view was definitely the best part. The staff was quite helpful, and the cleaning person was super efficient, even though I did notice some bite marks on my arms afterward, maybe from the bed, and people were smoking on their balconies. Other than that, it was mostly well-stocked. They should probably fix up the pool and pool area or just turn it into something...
