"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and property was clean. I was visiting Panama to celebrate my birthday, and the staff was kind enough to leave a cake and note in the room for me. The property is also in a good location, close enough to walk around casco. Would definitely recommend, and I would stay there again if I come back to Panama City."

"Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning.
The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests.
Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc.
Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber."

"This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!"

"If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs.
The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. "

"I contacted the hotel a few days before arrival to ask about early check-in or storing my luggage. I explained that I had three suitcases and would arrive around noon. The manager responded and was accommodating, and I followed up again on the day of arrival for details.

"Look the room is nice , clean and simple - location is great right in the middle of casco viejo - walking distance to main points within the old town of panama BUT….
I stayed on a Friday , the noise and paeties all around the hotel make it impossible to catch sleep or rest …. It literally kept me awake until more or less 4:30 am ….
The staff is non helpful at all …. They dont give you instructions on anything , not even the wifi password ! i had to go to the room to find out i had to come...
