"Booked for a short one night stay, only a short walk to the tram stop which is then a 5 minute ride to the airport and 15-20 minutes to the city centre. Reception staff were very efficient and helpful upon check in. Room was very clean and comfortable with everything you would need, bed linen was crisp and towels fluffy, complementary bottled water, shampoo, soap and shower gel. "We booked this hotel because it said they have airport shuttle and it is 10 min away from airport since we are leaving early in the morning, however there was no shuttle service, although they will help you to call car service. So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. Other than that, People were nice , we have no other issues. "

"Beautiful condition of hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Location was cool but long walks into Florence center but okay to beat the congestion of the city center trade off. The area directly outside the hotel gate was very sketchy especially if you are traveling solo. Once in the very narrow entrance of the property, you feel safe. "

"Really lovely hotel in a great location not far from the train station and other main sights. Clean and decent sized modern room and bathroom, with among other things a fridge and air conditioning (although we struggled to work this the first night). Helpful and friendly staff and amazing breakfast, buffet style. Only small downside, we had a room overlooking the road - which was a little noisy but this did not detract from a lovely stay and would happily go back for another stay."
