"I am a care giver. Just a two day get away to re-charge. Sit on balcony watch the Gulf waves role in. I booked a villa with view of beach. What I got was a first floor across the road from the beach and a view of bushes. Whose fault: Expedia or resort. Don’t know. I was stuck, the resort owner offered no help and wi-fi did not work. Instead of relaxation I got sadness. Oh boo-hoo"

"The room was very clean. The outside was beautiful. The courtyard was nice. The only thing is that bed. That bed was like laying on a rock. And it was horrible. Other than that everything else was okay. I mean I would have liked if the kid would have called me back and told me hey we got your message that you checked out. I had the hunt them down. But the nail in the coffin was that horrible Rock solid bed"
