Quiet and comfortable

We arrived in Casper really tired and my husband was not feeling well at all. This was the perfect respite. Quiet, comfortable room, pretty decent restaurant on site, fun pool for our child, and even a nice place for our dog to take a little walk. We ended up extending for another night so he could recover fully, and that was easy to do, staff was really helpful. Great place!

the hotel was very nice and really liked that they offered a sit down breckfast instead of the average buffet style breckfast. We had to pay for the breckfast instead of the standard free buffet, which is ok but by no means delicious, the food was absolutely delicious and very low cost considering the quality. I had bacon, eggs, home fries, toast and coffee and the cost was $10.00 Even though it's nice to have breckfast included when staying at Holiday inn I would gladly pay when the food, service and cost is so reasonable.

We booked this hotel because they advertised a pool and hot tub. After we checked in we went to the pool and there was sign on the door saying “Pool Closed.” No one said anything at check in or when we booked. Very disappointing, feels like false advertising. We would’ve stayed anywhere else for the pool if we knew the pool here was closed.

Hot tub has a bad smell , pool looked dirty . Room was clean and comfortable except it was windy a you could hear the gutter outside fluttering against the wall all night . The restaurant food for breakfast was good and all staff was nice .

Mattress too firm!

The staff at the front desk seemed new to the job and wasnt very informative. The decor was updated in the lobby and very inviting. Room was very clean but the mattress was extremely stiff. Expected a more comfortable mattress as this hotel chain rarely disappoints.

Very helpful!

I needed to check in a little early to get ready for my aunt's memorial service. They were very accommodating! The next morning, I went to use the hair dryer. It didn't work. They immediately brought one up to me. Very helpful staff. I really appreciated both of these gestures.

My husband and myself recently traveled and stayed in Casper Holiday Inn and the Buffalo HI, (#24863457) on July 15, and 16th, 2022. Wanted to let you know some of our observations. The beds were king size and slept very well, we enjoy and know that we can count on consistently with the sleeping in a Holiday Inn. My husband and I have had back surgeries, and always are concerned about mattress when we travel. Both rooms were very clean. This was a relief and met our expectations and above to get a good night’s sleep when exhausted from flying all day. However, a few things we noticed were that in our opinion that might help improve service. Casper: The Casper Holiday Inn and the restaurant was great for our dinner. The waitress was alone, at the bar, and working with other hungry customers. I cannot remember her name, however, wanted you to know what a great job she did. She had a great smile on her face. The Casper Room did not have a BUS port to charge our electronic devices. the shower did not have a grab bar at all. The toilet was very low it was hard for me to stand up. Had a restaurant but did not service complimentary breakfast.
