A truly remarkable franchisee run Hilton. The place is absolutely spotlessly clean and very well maintained throughout. Attention to fine detail is clearly the order of the day here. By far the best asset are the staff. They have been well schooled in engaging with guests with a warm and friendly greeting each and every time and you get a real sense that your patronage is truly valued. Well done to the Cooper family who owns the place and the management and staff who are delivering an...

Stayed 3 nights, breakfast was very good and staff very helpful.

Pleasently surprised by standards of cleanliness, food at breakfast abd facilities in the room. Excellent value for money.

Enjoy a one night stay on drive through from Orlando airport to somewhere & again on way back to airport after holiday. Very quiet area, always nice welcome with friendly people. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds/nice bathroom and amenities ie fridge/microwave/coffee machine. Reception & dining area pleasant and a good choice for breakfast. Like the outside garden section too with it's pool and hot tub. Only thing I think would be most welcome would be some umbrellas for sun shade by the...

The rooms were excellent and really spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful

Good

Poor soundproofing ,we could hear noise from adjacent rooms

Ideal for a one night stay near the airport.

This was our third stay here and it is still a really good hotel with great facilities. Yes the walls are thin and you can literally hear everything going on around you but ear plugs do the trick. The Pier 8 dining is still as good as ever and park shuttles are brilliant. The loungers around the pool need a good clean now and a certain bartender needs to learn some bar etiquette on serving those at the bar first rather than the ones he knows and chats to. Several people walked away from the bar...

Excellent wifi. Did video calls and didn’t have any issues at all. Great food at breakfast and dinner. Free soda and coffee. Free parking. Within 10-15 min walk to I-drive, although you do cross the interstate there’s traffic lights and crosswalks. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Across the road from supermarket.
