"We got off of the cruise early and headed for Orlando. We got to the hotel around 9:30am. Our rooms weren't ready so Fadwa said that the could keep our luggage safe while we went to Disney Springs. When our room was ready the called me to let me know"

"Everything was great BUT, why is there no food options! We got out of a concert and had to wonder the neighborhood :("

"Comfy bed nice room but no coffee making facilities in the room and downstairs had no teabags the night we were there or the morning we left, we did ask behind the desk and he kindly offered us one of his own ginger lemon bags. Left our car there to go away for 4 nights and got the handy shuttle both ways which saved a lot of time and money."
