"Nicely located just a few blocks from Grand Central. It was a nice hotel with great views and the staff was very nice and helpful. There is a $38 per day destination fee but you get $36 per day to spend at their cafe or store."

"The room wasn't overly clean. There was a pill and candy wrapper under the desk area and the shower drain had hair in it. Everyone checking in was being sent to their room with bottled water, but not us. It was definitely quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Check out was easy and friendly. Location is great."
