"Accommodation was central, clean and well maintained. Martina provided great communication and check in. There is no parking but we parked at Europa Car Park which cost us 18 Euro per day, it was more secure and better maintained then the train station parking lot. The room was just like the photos, and we could walk across the road for dinner/breakfast, great location! Thank you!"

"You need to contact hotel through WhatsApp for check in Or there is no response. The key for the room is in lockbox at top of the stairs. Once inside, the view is amazing. Worth every penny and all the stairs. There are no beach towels or bag. Everything is an additional charge- drip coffee, water. Expresso costs the same downstairs in town. For those with bad knees or have trouble with stairs, do not recommend. There are about 70 stairs. Overall, it was very pleasant and air conditioned."

"Excellent location , walking distance from the La Spezia train station, which was also the starting point for our journey to see several of the villages of cinque Terre. Our host Simonetta got in touch with us before our visit to confirm arrival and was there to greet us at check in. She gave us excellent advice on how to see as much as we could in one day. Be aware it is a small group of private apartments all in one floor of one building, but it is not a hotel. The apartment was spotless...

In the description it state that for cleaning the room is 15€/day, but sudently im forced to pay 50€ (we had the cleaning lady come 1 time) because she change the bedding sheets??? And when I explain my concern to the host, she was very hostile… wont recommend"
