"On arrival, entering the property with digital keys was quick and efficient. We had no issues. Housekeeping staff was excellent help throughout the trip. He was attentive and polite. The room itself was comfortable, has everything you would need for a stay. I would only suggest availability of complimentary water, as advertised on the welcome video, as this was not in the room. "Fantastic central location! Wonderful view from the balcony of our ‘family room’. No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away. Had a little trouble finding our room the first time but well worth the challenge! ( Interior gate is right next to Feltrinelli’s bookstore.)
