"La habitación y todas las amenidades fueron excelentes. Además que el recibimiento y la atención de las host fue increíble. Gracias Micaela y Valentina por recibirnos y ser tan atentas con nosotros.
Lo unico que pienso podría cambiar, sería la porción que te sirven en el café Martinez pues me pareció poco. "

"Just so lovely and clean and modern! Didn’t want to leave!! Only gripe is that there is no office staff after 5pm and my card stopped working so has to rely on security to let me in. But otherwise loved it!"

"Great place to stay. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. The cruise terminal is conveniently located just four minutes from the hotel. One small suggestion would be for all front desk staff to have at least a basic level of English, as some communication with the reception team requires the use of a translator. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience."
