"Relaxing location but the check in process is a joke! Messaged before arriving to see if we could check in early and they said yes if its available, when we arrived they said no check in is at 2, didnt even check if it was available. Then you have to get a ticket and wait to be called to check in, no one even told us you needed a ticket. There are around 30 people waiting to check in and each one takes 10-20 minutes. "We absolutely loved this hotel. It's tucked in a quiet plazza area of Rome. A daily market get set up in the adjacent plazza. Very walkable to all the major sites. The room was very clean and all the staffs we encountered were friendly. We stayed in one of the rooms with a round bed, and it felt spacious. I'd highly recommend this place!"

"This is a small very new modern boutique hotel right by Trevi fountain. Despite being close to busy area the hotel is extremely quiet with a garden courtyard and studio apartment style rooms. In the lobby they always had food and drinks and a nice Italian breakfast of cafe and cornetos plus fruit, yogurt, granola and juice. Everyone was super nice and helpful."

"Everything about this property was perfect. Clean, amazing location, easy check in. Highly recommend! Bed was comfortable, our room was super quiet. There’s a common area with a couch, kitchenette, and table to sit! This is a shared space with the other people staying at Xenia but we never had an issue. The apartment renovated and is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful old building which had an old elevator which was super cool to experience! It was very reliable as well. Highly recommend....

"There are 2 cafe/restaurants side by side as you walk out front door.The room was very small and no place to hang clothes unless you are around 6'6' as the only closet is out of normal reach.There is no fan for the room so we smelled the bathroom odor which had a Methane gas/sewer smell.We had to keep door closed to bathroom.The door in room opened to a building 20 ft away which was horrible to look at and tenants so no privacy if you need air.Towels were not allowed according to Lara every day...

"The property is in a great location with a ton of sites within a 10 minutes walking radius. The property is very professionally run. The daily housekeeping is wonderful, it is nice to come back to a clean room. The onsite housekeeping staff was always very cordial and helpful. The Nespresso machine is a wonderful touch, a tasty cup of coffee to start the day, and they refill all the snacks everyday!"
