"There was a bar area above the room that I was staying so I heard music playing til midnight. If you don’t like music, you should ask for a room away from the bar. Otherwise the place is in a great location and perfect for a quick stay."

"This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. "We had fantastic stay here, we booked for 2 night but only got to stay 1 as our flight got cancelled. But it was lovely stsy, luxury suite is spacious and clean with 2 bathrooms which is perfect for my family. Breakfast was delicious and many options. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Ambiasciatore. The room was huge, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wonderful view. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel is located within reasonable walking distance of most of the Palermo sights. The street outside was busy, but we didn't notice the noise in our room. There is also a great pizza and cocktail place, Crash, right around the corner."

"The building is modern and well maintained. Our room was large, clean and the air con nice and quiet. Best asset is it has a outside pool, which are rare in Central Palermo. The downside was the pool was on the roof with no shade and no umbrellas. Unless you like being roasted alive, you can only use the pool area early or late in the day. You are also required to buy a swimming cap to go in the pool. A taxi from the centre of town to the hotel cost us €25 but there are buses to the railway...

"Struttura davvero bella, personale gentilissimo, terrazza per la colazione veramente fantastica con vista su una delle chiese più belle e iconiche di Palermo ! Colazione abbondante a buffet, camera sempre pulita. Anche se priva di ascensore (in costruzione) il personale è stato gentile e disponibile per aiutarci con le valigie sia quando siamo arrivati che quando siamo andati via. Consigliatissima!"
