For a central location, I found the room to be relatively quiet. Staff provided excellent service. Updated amenities were nice. Housekeeping was friendly and refreshed the room daily.

I truly felt safe, everyone I came in contact with, bent over backwards to assist me in any way possible; but it was not a chore, the staff was genuinely committed to the very best service to the guest. The newly renovated, contemporary design facility occupied the first floor of a multi-purpose building in an excellent location. The manager Daniel was a marvelous host. And the breakfast at the nearby McDonalds was an automated hoot.

I was very happy with my 4-day stay. My room was small (but I knew that when I selected the room) but clean and up-to-date. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to make it clear in the listing that there are two different B&B locations, a few blocks from each other. My taxi driver delivered me to the correct one, but I could just as easily gone to the wrong one.

Just be aware that they are not available at all times when you arrive. We let them know the time we would arrive but still had to wait 30 minutes at the front door until he arrived to let us in. Once in the room, it was very large, clean and comfortable

The property is on the first floor of an old building. The building entrance would need an upgrade. The staff is very professional. The rooms would need soundproofing as you hear when other guest arrive or take a shower. Location is excellent between the old city and the modern city. The breakfast is at a bar on the street. We had focaccia and coffee everyday as it was delicious. Overall is an excellent value for the price.

Not for light sleepers, alot of noise depending

I stayed here for two days. One thing that is not mentioned is that the superior room with the balcony is located right by the entrance where you can hear everyone come in and out and even someones phone ringing thats how light the walls are. Another thing was that there was construction going on in a neighboring store and when I went to go take a nap I could not because of the machine that was drilling through the floor - with that being said if you are not a light sleeper none of this will affect you. But if you are, stay away. The staff nonetheless were very kind.

Great help from Danile, could get to my holiday as unable to get into London because of fault failure outside Euston, made me over two hours late going on taxis and other train lines, got to Airport, their security system failed! But Daniele kept in touch from his side, I had to cancel as was exhausted and couldn’t get flight till the next day but will be booking again soon, so disappointed but B&B in centro tried to help me from Sicily, that’s service for you !

There is 2 different buildings!! Make sure to specify if you are more than 2 booking rooms. Me and my friend were separate which was not convenient. The 2 buildings are about 5 min walk away. They are on pedestrian street and the parking is about 5 min away also. There was no breakfast but I nice little shared kitchen with a microwave, oven and all the essential if you wanted to cook in our building. It was in a gated building with a 24hr security guard. Also another surprise for us was the price of the parking. We were told it was 25$ per car per day but we paid 30$ because we apparently had “big” cars (Audi Q2 and Mercedes E220d). But otherwise the place was nice and clean, the staff was super kind and well located!

We stayed for 7 nights at B&B Incentro in Palermo. The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Upon our arrival, one of the staff members even texted us to guide us from the airport to the accommodation, which was a thoughtful gesture. Once we arrived, we were informed that our breakfast would be served at a bar just 50 meters away from the accommodation. Having breakfast at a bar is not unusual in Sicily, but what surprised us was that we were allowed to have only one sweet pastry with a drink. While this might be acceptable for many people, we found it challenging, and we mostly skipped the breakfast, opting for just a tea or coffee instead. For those seeking a more "conventional" breakfast with eggs, fruits and savory options, we would not recommend booking the accommodation with breakfast included. Aside from the breakfast situation, we were very pleased with the room. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent with adjustable settings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at B&B Incentro in Palermo.

This hotel is very cool. One experiences what is was like to go back in time and live in this very old city when you enter the property and then you are greeted with very modern conveniences. The balconies are great over looking beautiful architecture and the location is near a piazza with great night life.
