The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"Great staff who were amazing with my 1 year old. Beautiful grounds and the patio area outside the room was lovely and gave us some free time whilst baby slept. The bar food and breakfast was excellent and the restarting on the 2nd evening was equally has good. Thank you!!"

I specifically want to call out Bruno (I believe that's his name) He was so helpful during our stay and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and gave us good tips to explore nearby. He even stayed late to help my husband with my birthday suprise. What a perfect stay in Tuscany and good in-house restaurant and beautiful location. "

"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided...

Aktuell wird wohl einiges renoviert. Der Aussenpool ist entgegen sen Abgaben auf Hotel.com (ab 1.5.) noch nicht in Betrieb. Am renovierten Innenpool (23 Grad) gibt es keine Dusche . "Great boutique hotel in the middle of Tuscany. Wonderful views. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really loved the complimentary wine tasting at their nearby winery! We only wish their rooftop deck would’ve been open for even better views. The hotel and winery are family owned and it’s very clear that they value every guest!"
