"Wir (4 köpfige Familie mit 2 Kindern 4 und 6 jahre) sind aus Deutschland angereist und wurden herzlich empfangen. Sie waren so Gastfreundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist hervorragend und köstlich. Die Unterkunft war in einem exzellenten Zustand. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das einzige was etwas schwierig war, war die Kommunikation. Wir können leider kein italienisch und sie kein Englisch. Aber heut zu Tage gibt's zum Glück Handys die übersetzen können und...

"We attended a wedding in Capaccio. The bride and groom suggested this hotel. It is so tastefully done. Even though it is only about 10 years old it appears authentic. The restaurant was superb and the proprietor and staff were exceptional with their caring. It is a family operation and they are charming. "Lovely, helpful staff. Modest, old-fashioned room with an amazing view. They had a great breakfast in the mornings. There are plenty of food and souvenir options on the hill if you dont want, or can't walk up and down the hill that frequently."

We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room.
