A város szívében van, minden pár perc gyaloglással elérhető: éttermek, reggelizőhelyek, boltok, látnivalók, óriási a választék. Hangulatos, szépen gondozott a szállás, tiszta minden. Az alkalmazottak kommunikatívak és segítőkészek. Egy dolog hiányzott csak, hogy nincs lift, kézben kellett felcipelni a bőröndöket a második emeletre, de ha ez nehézséget okoz, a recepciós örömmel segít."

"Myself and my girlfriend stayed her for a short (a few days) trip in Ortigia, and the experience was great. The location is amazing, right on the beachfront near everything, and the staff go above and beyond. We weren't the easiest guests im sure, we had many small, but persistent requests and the staff were consistently friendly, and more than happy to meet our requests with grace and enthusiasm. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out!
