"Stay in the hotel was nice, we stayed two nights. Overall the service was great and staff was helpful. However the staff has very limited English skills, so the communication was fairly limited. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the savory choices available were very limited, and just mainly sweet things were there. Also, when they ran out no-one brought more of them. So just a note, don’t go for late breakfast or might be that all has ran out. 😔"

"Nice stay. Quite cheap and close to Baselga, where I was during day time for speed skating competition. Staff was polite and helpful. Sauna costed extra, this should possibly have been included. Dinner was good! Hotel has gas station, bank and grocery store just within 100m range. "

"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. "Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on."
