"The property was in a perfectly located for us! It was a short walk from the Arsenale vaporetto stop and only a bit further to Piazza San Marco. Located away from the crowds, we were able to enjoy great restaurants and the fantastic views of the water easily. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. There were no outlets near the bed, and as I sleep with a cpap, the staff were very accommodating when we asked to borrow an extension cord. Only downside was that the shower in our room was very...

"wir waren 4 Tage in Venedig und im Quentin untergebracht. Wir wurden beim Vaporetto abgeholt. Es ist ein Appartement nahe der Biennale. Alles super erreichbar. Es gibt in der Nähe einen coop Supermarkt wo man einkaufen kann. Gute Klimaanlagen vorhanden."

"Fantastic stay at maison valentina. Very nice apartment. Great for couple with older kids. There are three floors so it might be not advised for younger kids (given the stairs). Bathroom is a bit small on bedroom floor but manageable. Other comforts more than make up for it. Located in a quieter area of Venice which was perfect. All amenities (grocery and restaurants) a few minutes away. Very enjoyable stay."

"We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels. "
