"Es un pequeño hotel mas que bonito ,10 min de la plaza caminando pero con la tranquilidad de alejarte de las masas , con una parada a 3 minutos del vaporetto , con llegada autónoma , con restaurantes a una cuadra en una calle hermosa y muy tranquila , es mucho más lindo que lo que ves en las fotos . "Nice room with sea view, when opening the window I heard the sound of the water in the canal and the seagulls, the wind, the boats passing, people on their way. Perfect Venice feeling. The view for sunrise and sunset especially is amazing! "We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels. "
