"unbelievably great for your family. The kids pool is so safe; knee depth, rubber type, non slip flooring which was incredible! never seen any rubbish or dog mess at any point during our 9nights which was shocking because any self catering holiday in the uk we’ve been to is usually covered in filth. Activities, restaurants, and the supermarket were really good prices, like €12 for a full day of bike hire and €11 for a large pizza. "Don’t hesitate to book this property . Just book it! Lovely and clean. Very comfortable beds. Air con really efficient and much needed (30-34 degrees when we were there. Fabulous location on the canal with a patio with fabulous views. Property very near to bus stop(3 min walk) ferry(5min walk), train (15min walk). Guenda, our lovely host was super to communicate with following booking and greeted us on arrival to explain practicalities and offer good advice and was contactable for any queries...

"I loved this site. Been to most in pescherira and this is one of my favourites. Caravan was clean. Good shower. Air con could have been more powerful but it was extreme temps. Loved the location. Restaurant was nice and fair price. Pool was lovely liked that it shut for an hour for lunchtime.supermarkert pleasant 15 mins walk. Great animation team"

"I thought the view from my hotel room was superb. The hotel was a bit out of the way from Desenzano town. To get to the pier it required a taxi or bus ride & walk 100m in the heat. Taxis were hard to come by at times. The staff did the best they could to search out taxis for me. My hotel room was clean, spacious and well appointed. It was cleaned daily. The food staff were very helpful. I did think it a bit much to charge for water. I had to ask for tea making facilities. I enjoyed my stay there"

"The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The continental breakfast was very well done and replenished frequently so that it always remained fresh. We did not book a room with a balcony, but we did have a lovely view of the lake. If I were to book again I would probably book a balcony option. We never had a problem getting sun beds by the pool or on the sun terrace and although the hotel is adjacent to the road, traffic is not very noticeable. The local beach was very busy when we visited (August holidays) so we used the pool at the hotel more than swimming in the lake. The hotel is well positioned for local shops, restaurants, ferries and Garda Land. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel or rebook if I was to visit the area again."

"Beautiful hotel. A fair distance from the train station and was worried we wouldn’t be able to find a taxi reading reviews of how unreliable they were. But, there was a taxi waiting and we were able to order a taxi back to the station the next day. The hotel is only a 10 min walk to the centre of town."
