"The hotel is very clean, and in a great location. I found the staff efficient and reactive to anything we needed. I would describe the staff as professionally friendly. I cant comment on parking, we took the bus, which I highly recommend. It was easily accessible right outside the hotel. Reading previous reviews I wasn't sure what to expect from the Food service, but I had a great experience. It was much better than I expected. If fact it was so good, I often preferred to eat at the hotel...

"The breakfast was fantastic and the price we paid for the overall package was incredible. Only issues is as we booked the hotel roulette we weren’t told which hotel we were staying at out of the onsite hotels at the park so we had to work it out for ourselves. We also booked a triple room which said 3 single beds but it was a double and a single, being told they don’t do triple rooms. Apart from that I can not fault it."

"2 adults staying 6 nights, we had a lovely time here. The room was perfect and generally very quiet. The staff were wonderful: polite, kind and helpful. The food was excellent. Our only minor concern was that not all stairs had a handrail once above the 1st floor, although elevators were available as an alternative. "
