Good place to stay for families

Great place. We stayed for three days. We only used the big pool, it was very nice. Good food in the restaurant. The bathroom could use an upgrade. A lot to do in the area. We would come back for another visit.

Staff and pools were awesome 👌

Not cheap...at all! But room, staff, pool was awesome - kids loved every minute and staff was super cool during daily activities. Restaurant was good good at fair prices! 2e would definitely come back for a re-run.

We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. The development is in a satisfactory location but I would recommend that you hire a car. We ate in the restaurant once and would not recommend it. There are some good restaurants about 20 mins walk away. My family had a great stay here and would have not hesitation in returning sometime in the future.

It is a great, clean and spacious place with fantastic views to enjoy a morning coffee. Only small let down was the noisy A/C unit which also did not cool effectively and needs to be looked at. Everything else was wonderful!

Fantastisk med barn. Alle fasiliteter for barn i alder 0-15 år. Hyggelig betjening og bra renhold. Bassengområdet er bra. Poolbar har hyggelig betjening og alt man trenger. Egnet for familie. Hele anlegget kan snart trenge noe oppussing.

Super dejligt og familievenligt sted, med børneklub ved den store pool, hjælpsomt personale og pænt og rent område. Roligt efter kl.19/19.30, hvilket er skønt med mindre børn. Lejligheden fungerede perfekt til vores ophold, men størstedelen af tiden blev brugt i poolen samt ture til den nærliggende by og Garda søen

Vi fick byta rum direkt vid ankomst då det luktade mögel. Skulle säga att hotellet är mycket eftersatt och i dåligt skick. Så går det när man bokar i sista sekund.

Nel complesso la struttura è buona, il posto è tranquillo, molti ospiti tedeschi. Ottima per bambini per la presenza del miniclub. Versata cauzione all'arrivo,ma non c'era scritto in nessun messaggio che era in contanti. La manutenzione è buona, anche se il rumore di uno sciacquone difettoso ci ha disturbato la vacanza. La cassaforte era chiusa all'arrivo, non è stata controllata nel precedente chek out. L'orario del check in andrebbe anticipato.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert

Die Ankunft lief reibungslos. Man muss beachten, dass die Unterkunft nicht sofort reagiert beim Anschreiben, bei einer Ankunft nach 22 Uhr kann man nicht mehr einchecken. Der erste Blick ins Appartement leider eine pure Enttäuschung, alles ziemlich runtergerockt und muffig. Im Bad schwarze Ränder an den Fugen, Fliesen mit Rissen, Geruch modrig. Küchen Möbel klebrig, Tisch Klebrig, Terrassen Möbel klebrig. Schlafzimmer einigermaßen OK. Alle Wände mit Flecken. Beim Wunsch uns ein anders Zimmer zu geben weil auch die Terrasse nicht einladend war und Licht defekt hat man uns mitgeteilt es sei nicht möglich weil sie ausgebucht sind. Wir vermuten eher auf keine Lust. Beim Rundgang durch die Anlage waren noch ein paar Zimmer Terrassen unbewohnt. Mitarbeiter an der Bar Restaurant nett, Getränke gut. Essen haben wir aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen und der mangelnden Hygiene in den Appartments nicht getestet. Die Pools waren sauber. Anlage ansich hat Potential aber sollte einfach mehr gepflegt werden und die Zimmer besser gereinigt. Mal neu streichen und zumindest zwischen den Gästen sollte eine gründliche Reinigung stattfinden. Während dem Aufenthalt wird nur das Bad grob geputzt und frische Handtücher gebracht und der Müll geleert. Böden Küche Terrasse Betten werden nicht gemacht. Es heißt auch beim Empfang Bad wir grob gereinigt Rest soll man selbst machen. U. so wie es aussach bleibt es bei der Reinigung vom Rest bei den Gästen u wird zwischen den Gästen nicht gemacht

Ganz tolle Anlage für Familien mit Kindern. Für jedes Alter ist was dabei. Das Einzige was verbesserungswürdig wäre, sind die Schiebetüren - sie sind leider sehr laut und etwas schwergängig. Ansonsten ist es eine Top Anlage. Wir werden wieder kommen..
