"I was in the Romeo & Juliet apartment and didn’t see any staff. But that was not an issue. I had a taxi question and it was answered promptly. The two flights of stairs wasn’t an issue, just a bit of a surprise. Since I’m traveling for 2 months I had a very heavy bag. But I managed. The location was actually perfect.
