"Everything was solid besides the staff.. booked for 10 nights and would walk into the hotel with staff chasing me down to the communal bathroom to ask what I was doing here… they all knew me and knew exactly what I was doing there. Happened multiple times specifically the woman at the reception. Otherwise solid hotel if you want to come to Pisa and have good access to the train station (right across from hotel front entrance)"

"It is an old building with old broken down furniture and not too clean either. Very poor breakfast with few options and you could not even have a 2nd cup of coffee without paying extra. Unfriendly staff! Very expensive for the service provided.."
