"The location was excellent, within the walled city of Lucca and nice and quiet. Close to restaurants and bike rentals. The room itself was lovely, clean and comfortable. Valentina was very helpful and made sure we had everything we need. I would recommend this place to others and stay here again!"
"Wonderful hotel and a lot of parking, which is suitable for supercars. Swimming poo, breakfast sitting and the pool bar were excellent. The only disappointment was there was no coffee maker or a kettle in the room and the safe was very small, good to keep passports in but not much more. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would ho back again."

"Hotel staff particularly Elena were very helpful and on the ball if you had any problems. Lovely 19th century building with nice features but does need the rooms slightly refurbishing to warranty the charges and to enhance the art nouveau charm. However, breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of hot and cold. Location was superb. Right opposite the beach and huge long promenade lined with restaurants and shops.
