"We booked a family room for four for a two‑night stay. The photos online looked great, and the lobby initially gave us hope—it’s huge and impressive at first glance. But once we settled in, it became clear the hotel has seen better days. It feels stuck in the early ’90s, with worn-out furnishings and a generally dingy atmosphere. Breakfast was the biggest issue. While the food and selection was very good, the hotel hosts tour groups, and the dining area was overwhelmed. Imagine trying to eat...

"I was a solo female traveller and felt secure at this hotel. Staff and customs were all friendly. The room was clean, well equipped and quiet. This hotel is near the station which is ideal for day trips further away. I walked to the centre which was a good 25 minutes but it was easy to cycle to the property and bikes are everywhere. Also local busses were regular. Of course you can find hotels in the historic centre and every thing is within walking distance. I prefer to explore the city...

"Excellent 4 star hotel. Well positioned for public transport to main sites and beyond. Staff were friendly and attentive, service good, rooms and bathrooms very clean. Comfy beds. Great choice at breakfast. The menu in the main Cafe/Bar could be a bit more exciting however, on saying that, a big shout out to Daniel who was so obliging in all aspects. We enjoyed our stay."

"The rooms at this hotel are amazing, very clean, love the bathroom which has a separate shower and toilet, staff are very helpful and very nice. The breakfast buffet has alot to chose from. The hotel has an amazing roof top pool and rooftop bar and restaurant. The hotel location is perfect and is walking distance to restaurant and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay."
