This is a fantastic modern hotel. Located in a really peaceful part of Seville but walking distance to many of the main attractions. Excellent restaurant and bar area.

Good stay, was near the bus station which was very convenient for us as we were traveling via bus from Granada. Close by to major attractions as well. Room was clean and spacious, only thing to mention was that there was a lot of water leakage around shower but otherwise was a great stay!

Located away from the hustle bustle of tourists in the core of the city, next to the river and park, which makes for a nice 10 minutes walk by the river and under the shade to get to the cathedral and core of Seville. Very essy to reach the hôtel by car, and inderground parking. Huge breakfast buffets!!! Modern rooms!

The location of the hotel is great, gives good access to the centre, to supermarkes and bars. The room was big and cozy, great bed/mattress and very nice pillows, at least for me. The cleaning ladies were always in the hallway ready to sort your room out which was very nice to see. They do take the cleanliness seriously here. I was a bit taken aback by the fact that their standard rooms don't come with a kettle as I've always had one even in a standard 3* hotel room. Perhaps I didn't pay attention to the room description when booking. The swimming pool is very small and so is the number of sun loungers for the amount of guests the hotel can accomodate. I feel like having the swimming pool is just a push to tick the 4* hotel mark. There is also a small gym available which looked very tidy and clean. Breakfast was nice, large variety of foods however the quality of the coffee was quite bad. Unfortunately I could not finish my coffees in the morning. Perhaps new coffee machines with more variety of coffees or new coffee beans? The hotel has an online check in and check out, however mine didn't work so we had to queue for over 40 mins just to check in. Didn't quite understand why so strict on the 3pm check in time. If a room is already available and the customer arrives at 2.40pm, why not check them in instead of making them wait till 3pm to then queue with everyone else to check in, while causing everyone to get impatient and putting preasure on staff? Something to look into.

Christmas in Seville

Great hotel with excellent breakfast. We rented three rooms. Only issue is that in one room the bathroom had plaster coming off the ceiling and the tub had caulk missing. The rooms were otherwise in very fine condition. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Business hotel

Corporate office block of a hotel in the Plaza des Armas. All re inforced concrete and marble. Too far from the cathederal Alcazar etc. Efficient if souless, catering more for business clients than pleasure seekers. All the walking, to see the sights kept us fit.
