"Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent, huge amount of choice, omelettes made fresh for you, barista coffee, bacon, sausage, large selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, baked goods, pancakes, waffles, freshly squeezed fruit juice and more besides. "It was a catfish hotel. Looks nice when you enter but when you get to the rooms it’s very outdated. It’s liveable for a couple of days if you’re not staying in the room all day, there were no room amenities such as kettle etc so it was difficult travelling with a baby and staying here. Parking you have to pay for and staff were abit boring. We didn’t have breakfast because it was t included although it also didn’t look appealing. Room overall was clean. "

"We stayed 4 nights. Note the Reinoso seems to be the newer section of the main hotel Murillo, and has a separate entrance on the other side of the laneway. We were originally given a ground floor room which was a bit dark and I found noisy (I am a light sleeper). Maya at reception found us another room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for our needs. She was the stand out, warm and friendly all the time, unlike some of the others on reception who didn't bother to say hello or good evening...
