"Hotel cerca del Aeropuerto Barajas y bien conectado a una estación de metro cercana muy recomendado"

"I have used Ibis hotels very often in the past 10 yrs. The rooms tend to be like small dorm rooms but you tolerate that because they tend to be in a convenient location, tend to be clean and above all they USED to be a good value. We used them again this trip as the location was key to our day trips we had planned. I was VERY disappointed with the condition of the room, it was not clean and had black hair in the bathroom, and it was excessively expensive. I am very sad that I cannot count on...

"Great location close to airport for a quick stay."

"Beautiful hotel and the free airport shuttle was just the cherry on top. Go here if you’re in transit."

"Excelente ubicación con respecto al aeropuerto."

"Nice quiet location but I was put in a room in the basement that had no windows. I understand that I had booked the cheapest room but the hotel seemed empty. It would have been smart to upgrade me and that would have resulted in a better review as it would have not been an additional cost to them with so many empty rooms."

"En este 'hotel' comparten calefactor de agua entre todas las habitaciones. Es decir si una habitación usa el agua caliente, los otros se quedan solo con agua fría. El management además es muy antipático cuando les hablas del problema. Evita este sitio si puedes. Un servicio y atención al cliente totalmente no aceptable. "

"The room was clean, and the location was convenient for a trip to the airport. Overall, some updates would help. The shower was extremely small in a very large bathroom. The electrical outlets were oddly placed and loose in the wall. Overall, we got a good night’s sleep in a quiet neighborhood."

"El alojamiento muy limpio, todo nuevo y el barrio muy tranquilo"

"Our stay in Madrid was perfect! The hotel’s location near the airport was ideal, and the shuttle service was extremely convenient. The room was excellent, the amenities were fantastic, and the rooftop terrace with its inviting pool was a real highlight. Breakfast was also very good. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would highly recommend!"
