"Nice convenient stay for an early am departure. Would seriously benefit from an airport shuttle. It is walking distance to the airport, but a taxi cost 40 euro. The hotel could charge 10 a person and make killing."

"Everything was great except for the front desk staff when it came to help. Why did I pay for a joint room to first be told they were unavailable, I didn’t respond then somehow got what I paid for. On my last day early morning the power was cut from one of the rooms, I called front desk for someone to check it out no one did & nothing was done about it. Let’s not forget I am pregnant, what if I had slip & fell in the slippery shower? Then what? No accommodation for the inconvenience, nothing....

"Een leuk, gezellig stadshotel. Op kleine loopafstand van de Duomo en meer bezienswaardigheden. Genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt. Metro om de hoek. Centraal station makkelijk bereikbaar met metro. Ontbijtbuffet was prima. Voldoende keuze."

"The room was clean. The breakfast was good. Housekeeping did not occur one day, and although the hotel rectified the problem quickly, there was one person at the reception desk that seemed to wish to blame us for the problem. The coffeemaker in the room did not work correctly, and was not replaced even after we informed the staff about the problem. We were a little worried we would run out of toilet paper before the end of our stay. "

"We arrived at night, but it was very easy to find the hotel with warm lights. There was always a receptionist at the front desk and felt very like home. The room was also clean and cozy. With two children, we had a very relaxing stay."

"Chateau Monfort is an amazing hotel, the staff is great, friendly very helpful easy to approach. The breakfast was very good, it had a wide variety of different dishes to choose from. The coffee/ drinks bar served the best cappuccino. It is situated so close to the Cathedral the palace and the shopping area. I would highly recommend anyone going to Milan please let this hotel be your choice to stay at you would not regret it. "
