"I loved this hotel! I didn’t want to leave! The balcony was everything! Everything was great about this hotel! Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Yes it’s pricey, but lucky I got an upgrade and it was my birthday! I will come back."

"The guy who works at guess service when we check in Monday the 24 was very friendly and very helpful giving great recommendations. And the girl who checked us in Morgane was extremely friendly a very nice greeting but the black girl who checked us out on the 27 was not pleasant at all it was like she didn’t want to be there . Maybe she was having a bad day but she could care less Overall I would highly recommend the Hyatt"

"Clean room, great staff! Love it here, but DO NOT stay on the 17th floor. It is under the 24hr gym and the 2 HUGE suites, that seem to party all noght long, lol. Not fun to wake up all the time because of that! Last year we were on the 14th floor and it was amazing! Pool table, shuffleboard, great bar/restaurant! Beautiful place!"
