"The property was located in a good area for what we where there for. The staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Our check-in time was 3pm we arrived around 4pm. Upon entering the property it was clean and smelled amazing. Once we made it to our room it wasn't clean the bedding was still on from the previous guest, microwave was dirty as well as the floor had a sticky substance on it which means it hadn't been mopped, the TV in the bedroom did not work. "They had to move us to a different hotel because the elevator was out in the press house. We stayed in the Williams and the experience was awful. The room smelled like someone was hiding trash in it, that on top of being moved further away from the parking I pre-bought was incredibly frustrating. "The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol.
