"Beautiful property a little ways out of Moab but worth the trip in the canyon. Restaurant was excellent. Only issue was paying to park $20 a day when there is a ton of space at the property. "

"Complete nightmare!!! NO POOL, hotel is not the one in the picture. Complete false advertisement. Took my money I only had cash. When I realized the hotel was not what was shown in the photos on Expedia and I arrived very late so could not see the property clearly. They WOULD NOT refund any of my stay. Refused to help in any way. Run by foreigners that barely speak English. The roof is falling apart and the facility is filthy and stinks. Did not feel safe here."

The code did not work and I needed to wait for an agent (via phone) to reset it since they do not have an attendant on site, which I knew and was not a problem. BUT it was very irritating to arrive and not be able to access the room. Secondly, the shower faucet was stuck on hot and I could not get cold water. The water was scalding and I could not take a proper shower. I honestly could have...

"We had a raw sewage smell in room. They placed in a basement room. When we returned to room each time, had a sewage smell. Maintained came 2nd day and poured Drain-O in shower and toilet. Still didn’t mask the smell. Didn’t offer us another room. No discount. No refund. If you stay here…don’t stay in basement level."
