"The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. "PROS: Location was excellent. Rooms were spacious, clean, modern, bathrooms were clean without rusting or stains, and furniture all clean without stains. Balcony was spacious and the balcony door open allowed for great fresh air. Waster pressure was fine but just note that these are showerheads and not handheld showers. WIFI speed was fine. CONS: The rooms felt a little stuffy and hot despite A/C being on. The washing machine rattled horribly so we had to weigh it down with a carry-on luggage....

"Decent parking. Close to restaurants and supermarkets, easy 20 minute walk to CBD. Room faced an inner courtyard, with very little natural light and a view directly into the opposite room if you opened the curtains- though there was little point due to the lack of light. Felt a bit subterranean, but as a place to sleep it was comfortable and good value."

"Stayed here for a couple of nights celebrating a friends wedding, not a single note that could make this less than a 10/10. Infinite options of amenities restaurants and bars. Stunning location and beautiful finishing. Hopefully will be back in the future."

"Of you’re every in Brisbane, this is the place to stay. The attention to detail in maintaining its heritage character was wonderful. The large well appointed room and bathroom was appreciated. Five minutes down the hill to restaurants and a further five minutes to the botanical gardens made this a very accessible location. Loved our one night stay there. "

"Excellent stay Cleanliness of rooms was immaculate. Nice welcome pack of wine chocolate and water. Nice walk in shower with full amenities. Kitchen has nice coffee machine and full cooking amenities. Excellent location to all of Brisbane by foot ferry and bridges. Friendly front desk staff easy check in and welcoming. Be aware of some construction noise in the area as Queen's Wharf is developing.but not too bad as you are out during the day. Overall a very good stay."
