"Showed up from 9 hours away only to find out they gave away my reservation .. and couldn’t offer any rooms or to their hotel next door as well . Def won’t be booking with them ever again . Had to scramble and find another hotel and best I got was a sorry but good luck .."

"I had to park on hwy. No parking for trailers. Total area was catered to drugs. Drugs everywhere and place was rented to drug people. Disappointed with the area but the price was ok. No remote in room . Broken microwave in lobby. Just a motel to sleep in and that was it."

"We had no WiFi connection in our room so our TV did mot work and our phone was also broken so we stayed 5 nights with no phone and no TV. I informed the front desk on day 2 and day 3 but no oneever came to fix either. I have a bad back and did not want to walk to the office again, since the phone doesnt work I remaimed in the room with no phone or TV. Ther oom is mice, clean and comfortable however its very frustrating to have no access to the phone or TV and pay full price. I hope something...
