"Amazing location right on top of the ancient San Gaudioso Catacombs which you start to see as soon as you enter the building. As you enter Casa del Monacone itself you're surrounded by contemporary art- paintings, photographs, beautiful tiles. The decor is unique, charming, welcome. Besides having a spacious, well-appointed room there's a large and lovely terrace for all guests to enjoy. Easy walk to great restaurants and other attractions in this interesting neighborhood. Loved staying there. "

"Amazing roof top terrace with view of Vesuvius. Room was very clean. Towels could have been fluffier, but I’m just being picky. Bed was comfortable. The common living space was decorated with so much wonderful art from local artists. Breakfast was fresh, homemade and wonderful. Staff was fantastically helpful and lovely to interact with. "This is a real find in the heart of Naples. You are a short walk from the main train station, bus stops, the museums and Duomo. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. If your a solo female traveler like me, I especially recommend it as the gentlemen in charge will help you with your bags and help find you services you need and provide lots of helpful information as how to access all the sites!"
