"As a Hotels.com Gold member, I was genuinely surprised by this stay. The check-in communication was nonexistent, so I had to reach out myself just to get inside. The lighting was controlled by a single key, making it awkward for two guests, and the host was inflexible about that, telling me I should not have removed the key for the light from the entrance keys. He was also quite pushy about a four-euro tax, insisting on a wire transfer and then calling and messaging multiple times over it. The...

"I was very happy at this accommodation in the bustling area near the fish market. Sitting on the patio over the umbrellas was a big highlight. The area is very active and somewhat noisy, but once you close up for the night, you don't really hear it somehow. I slept really well here both nights. Excellent management and communication from the host. It was clean and comfortable. I think it's a great place to stay and recommend it."

"Clean and great check in instructions. 10 mins walk to the centre 10 mins walk to train station. Great base for 26 hours in Catania. Checked in early when asked and left baggage in the morning and collected on way to station. Thank you Valeria 🙏 💫 "

"Airconditioning had to be turned off when not in the room but it says airconditioning. There was no airconditioning in the house and it was extremely hot inside. Regardless of not marking your food items my food was stolen twice and I didn't get much help from staff."

"The perfect stay in the quaint lovely small town of Castliglione de Sicilia. Great location if you’re going to hike Mt Etna. Comfortable clean rooms with gorgeous views from the rooms and communal rooftop. Highly recommend if you want a quiet more local stay."
