Good central location. Modern rooms with a good breakfast (extra but good value at 10 euros per person). Staff very helpful over travelling to nearby places. Would stay here again!

Lovely hotel in great location only 5 minutes walk from the Duomo & the Fish Market. Clean spacious room with good air conditioning & modern bathroom. Quiet room despite central location. Very friendly & helpful staff, with good knowledge of the local area. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. We received outstanding service from Valeria and Giovanni. Valeria served us a delicious breakfast and Giovanni took care of organizing our tours and transfers. We enjoyed our stay here.

Neue Zimmer in altem Palazzoambiente

Checkt man nach 19 Uhr ein, lassen sich die Zugänge mit den über e-mail erhaltenen Codes öffnen. Über Innenhof und Lift gelangt man in den obersten Stock, wo sich die Rezeption und die 6 total renovierten Zimmer befinden: modern, komfortabel, ruhig! Habe den Aufenthalt und die Gegensätze sehr genossen.

The place didn’t look like the pictures at all. Our room didn’t have windows. Only windows on the ceiling. The whole place smelled like sewage after 2nd day. First day the room and hallways smelled like pesticide. The shower temperature and flow weren’t stable and the elevator was very outdated. We were scared every time we used it. The only good things about the place was the location and the fact that the receptionist was very nice and helpful.

We booked a balcony room, the “balcony” was barely bigger than the size of my foot, not worth the upgrade at all. The room was clean and got cleaned daily. A little sketchy checking in as you need to go through 3 locked doors (unlocked with a key fob) an elevator with a key code, and then a normal key to get into your room. Much, much different than a hotel. With that being said, the staff was super friendly and nice and the owner did give us some really good recommendations for places to eat during our stay.

Great and central location for exploring Catania! Easy checkin process and staff (Giovanni and Valeria) are pros at making me feel welcome and at helping me find great places to eat and to do in the area. Rooms were immaculately clean. I would stay here again!

Dramatic and comfortable

Incredible entry late at night. Very Bond in Cuba. Spooky great worn arches and giant doors with3 separate entry systems to work through. Finally revealing gorgeous stairwell opening into lovely modern renovation. Glamorous well equipped and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful too . Loved it
