"Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. "The common restrooms were unclean and lacked basic toiletries. The staff was inattentive, and we were informed that if we sat by the bar tools, we were expected to purchase drinks and food. It took over an hour to receive our appetizers, and we ultimately had to go to the bar ourselves to order additional drinks. Overall, the service was poor. When we asked if Spanish music could be played, we were told the music selection was based on the bar’s theme in the Margaritaville next to the pool...

"The Stay was amazing overall! The customer service was impeccable, everyone was so kind! The property itself is vast and private -- VERY SAFE (there is a security gate you have to sign in just to get to the property). The pools were amazing, the beach is more so to tan on and appreciate the view. The sand is grainy and there's seaweed and the actual water is dangerous with riptides.
