"I recently spent three nights at Quest Cronulla and really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, with the beach and some great coastal walks right on the doorstep. ​The room was clean and well-kept, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. While the nearby pub can be a bit noisy late in the evening, I didn't find it to be too bad. It was a convenient spot for my trip and I would happily stay there again."

"First off, the reception greeting was good very polite. But ask them something out of the ordinary and you get a blank stare. No comprehension of what you are asking. The manager says things are available to you, but the front desk know nothing about it. Keep in mind that there are new owners now who are doing catch ups in quite a few areas. On the surface everything looks clean spotless and tidy. But behind those washing machines, toilets and dyers are months of dust, powder and assorted...

"DIDGUSTING ROOM!!! The hotel was presented amazing online so we booked a lovely suite. Upon entering our room we smelled a bad odor but decided it might be something coming from next door then we noticed quite a bit of wear/tear on the room… We seriously thoght about leaving then and we should have much to our regret !!! Then after deciding to take a nap and turning the bed back we discovered there was no mattress pad so we notified the front desk and housekeeping had to completely remake...

"Nice tidy room. Beautiful bar with tropical fish tank! Overpowering smell of cleaning products in the accommodation foyer."

"The property is dated and generally tired. However, it is clean, has comfortable beds, and a good shower. Not so good is the Wifi. It drops off and often so slow which is very frustrating. Upside is there is parking and it’s a handy location across from Miranda Westfield."

"The place was too busy as it was near a pub. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom on our second day."

"Freshly renovated, very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price went up $25 from morning to afternoon on the day I booked but that was my fault for procrastinating. They have on site breakfast available for additional charge but we didn’t eat there."

"The staff were very welcoming which was great to experience and we actually felt welcomed. The room was clean which was even more amazing after the previous accommodation we had been in for our little holiday. The bathroom did look a bit run down but we also don't expect the bathroom to look like it had just been renovated, may need a bit of a refresh with the silicone in the shower though but overall a good stay for us and we will definitely be coming back again."
