"I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience."

"This place was absolutely disgusting. The coach was soaking wet. The whole room was damp. The sheets had stains all over them. It was such a complete waste of money. I couldn't sleep at all, woke up early and left. Never EVER again."

The staff was also wonderful and incredibly helpful; my sister accidentally left her phone behind, and they made it completely hassle-free for us to retrieve it. We will definitely be back!"
